Know the Return. Know the Client.
What Veyra Does
Veyra is CPA software—a CPA-built workpaper, reconciliation, review, and year-to-year continuity solution that connects source documents, accounting records, adjustments, professional conclusions, and the completed tax return in one continuous client record.
• INCREASE FIRM EFFICIENCY — Replace disconnected spreadsheets and repeated reconstruction with one continuous, CPA-controlled workflow.
• ONE PERMANENT CLIENT RECORD — Carry the professional record forward instead of rebuilding the same client from prior-year files, accounting software, and tax workpapers.
• SOURCE-TO-RETURN TRACEABILITY — Follow important amounts through reconciliation, adjustment, review, and the completed return.
• INTERNAL REVIEW AND SIGN-OFF HISTORY — Preserve what was reviewed, what changed, unresolved issues, and the professional conclusions reached.
• YEAR-TO-YEAR CONTINUITY — Retain recurring adjustments, prior conclusions, supporting documentation, and client-specific knowledge.
• CLIENT-READY UNDERSTANDING — Be prepared to explain the return, answer questions, and recognize planning opportunities.
Review with confidence. Sign with confidence.
Veyra is being built for CPA firms that:
• want to replace disconnected Excel workbooks and repeated client-file reconstruction;
• need a consistent workpaper, reconciliation, and review process across preparers and reviewers;
• want important client knowledge, recurring adjustments, and professional conclusions to carry forward each year; and
• believe technology should increase efficiency without removing the CPA’s critical analysis and judgment.
Veyra is entering its final implementation stage in October 2026. Following successful testing and refinement with four selected Founding Firms, commercial release is targeted by January 1, 2027.
This is a selective implementation program—not a first-come, first-served offer. Veyra will choose firms based on workflow fit, return-type experience, technology environment, readiness to participate, and the value each firm can add to final implementation.
1. APPLY — Tell us about your firm, workflow, return mix, software environment, and implementation goals. No taxpayer or confidential client information is requested during qualification.
2. SELECTION — Veyra will select four firms for the final implementation stage. Applying does not guarantee participation. Firms that apply but are not selected will be notified when Veyra is commercially released.
3. DEFINE THE TRACK — Each selected firm will have an agreed implementation scope designed to represent different supported return-type and workflow needs.
4. INITIAL SETUP — Qualification and guided initial setup are provided at no charge.
5. ACTIVE IMPLEMENTATION — Once active implementation begins, selected firms pay 50% of the applicable commercial subscription price. The commercial base subscription is $2,375 per year and includes up to three professional users. Each additional professional user is $795 per year. Pricing will be disclosed and agreed upon before paid implementation begins.
6. TEST AND REFINE — Selected firms work directly with the CPA developer to evaluate the workflow, identify gaps, and confirm launch readiness.
7. COMMERCIAL RELEASE — Veyra will be released only after the defined final-stage implementation testing is complete and the product demonstrates readiness for its announced launch scope.
CPA firms are responsible for protecting confidential client information. The Founding Firm application does not request taxpayer information, client documents, or other confidential data.
Security, access, confidentiality, and data-handling requirements will be reviewed with each qualified firm before any client information is introduced. Implementation will proceed only within the agreed scope and process.
Specific security architecture, data-storage practices, and software integrations will be published only after they are finalized and verified.
IS THIS TAX-PREPARATION SOFTWARE?
No. CPA Software is designed for the workpaper, reconciliation, review, and internal sign-off work behind the return. It is intended to work alongside the accounting and tax-preparation systems a firm already uses.
DOES IT REPLACE CPA JUDGMENT?
No. The purpose is to automate repetitive work while preserving the analysis, review, documentation, and professional conclusions that require an experienced CPA.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO APPLY?
No. Applying, qualification, and guided initial setup are provided at no charge. During active implementation, selected Founding Firms pay 50% of the applicable commercial subscription price. The commercial base subscription is $2,375 per year and includes up to three professional users; each additional professional user is $795 per year.
WHICH RETURN TYPES WILL BE SUPPORTED?
The initial return-type tracks will be selected as the commercial launch scope and founding-firm fit are finalized. Applicants may identify the return type they are best positioned to help implement.
IS CPA SOFTWARE COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE NOW?
Not yet. Final-stage implementation is planned to begin in October 2026 with four selected Founding Firms. Following successful testing and refinement, commercial release is targeted by January 1, 2027.
HOW ARE THE FOUR FOUNDING FIRMS SELECTED?
CPA Software will select firms based on workflow fit, return-type experience, technology environment, readiness to participate, and the value each firm can add to final implementation. The program is not first-come, first-served, and submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Firms that apply but are not selected will be notified when CPA Software is commercially released.
DO FOUNDING FIRMS HAVE TO BE PUBLICLY IDENTIFIED?
No. Recognition on the CPA Software website is optional.

Four CPA firms will be selected to participate in the final implementation stage before commercial release.
